Dustcontrol UK to showcase latest dust extraction solution

Dust extraction specialists, Dustcontrol UK, will be showcasing their latest centralised dust vacuum system over the coming weeks and months, as they prepare to demonstrate the ‘DC 11-Module’ for a number of forthcoming UK trade shows. 

The DC 11-Module is a complete central unit for source extraction and industrial cleaning. The unit can manage just about every kind of dust and chip imaginable.

James Miller, Dustcontrol UK’s General Manager, explains further: “With the DC 11-Module we deliver a complete central unit from the factory, which is very easy to install thanks to its ‘plug and play’ capability. The product has been designed to produce more vacuum/kW and can have 1-6 extraction points working at the same time. It also has a maximum noise level of 65 dB (A) and can be equipped with a HEPA filter. Making it one of the most effective dust extraction solutions currently available on the market today.”

• The Total Processing & Packaging Exhibition – 4-6 June 2013, NEC, Birmingham (stand G61)

James adds: “We’re looking forward to getting on the road and demonstrating the DC 11-Module to people. Nothing beats a face-to-face conversation and a live demonstration. Once people see the capabilities of the product, and the cost savings it can bring them, it quickly becomes a no-brainer.”

He continues: “We can install one of these systems in a plant within just a few days, with limited disruption to plant productivity. Plus, because we have been able to reduce noise to 65 dB(A), this makes the DC 11-Module easier to fit in a building where noise would have been a challenge. They’re perfect for indoor spaces, as very small and compact compared to other models out there on the market place. The systems are ideal for a number of industries too, from pharmaceutical, food and drink, through to aerospace and automotive.”
