Flap valve for food industry

 

This new flap valve is designed for use in a food environment. With unique properties such as color coding, ESD and food-approved materials, it is perfectly suited for the food industry. The flap valve is in hygienic design where horizontal surfaces and pockets have been minimised. The seal consists of an o-ring that is easy to replace. The O-ring will be sold as a consumable. It is detectable, meets the FDA requirements and is also available in blue, if required.

 
The flap valve consists of materials that meet the requirements of the FDA and EC 1935/2004.
The flap valve is available in five different colors (only the lid comes in colour, the housing is black) and in two sizes:
