Taking place from Tuesday, September 28 to Thursday, September 30 at the NEC, Birmingham, the team will be showcasing our evolved GFF (Good For Food) range of food and pharma grade dust extraction accessories and equipment, on Stand E30.
The GFF range is designed to offer efficient dust extraction and cleaning of food contact areas that previously may not have been allowed, while also opening up the possibility for recycling.
In addition, we'll also be showcasing its range of high performance and high containment centralised vacuum systems and mobile dust extractors.
James Miller, our Managing Director, said: "The PPMA exhibition is a great event and one that we're all very excited to showcase our products at. We're particularly looking forward to showcasing the GFF range, which offers an exciting solution with a market leading combination of features."
When fully integrated with all GFF components, the system includes flap valves, suction brushes, flat nozzles, hose connectors, tubing system, joints, pre-separator, automatic shutter valves and filter units.
The GFF brushes are FDA compliant, antistatic and ESD certified, with a material composition that makes them detectable via metal detector as well as being autoclavable up to 121 degrees Celsius, allowing for high-pressure saturated steam cleaning. Their colour coding, covering five handle colours and two interchangeable brush colours, also allows for different applications in the factory, or different days of the week depending on need.
James concluded: "The PPMA event will provide an excellent opportunity for us to show those in the food and processing industries how we can offer comprehensive systems fully integrated into the production process. We also offer a complete service package, including accessories and spare parts to maximise production runtime."
Organised by the PPMA, the three-day event will see around 450 exhibitors showcase their products to more than 8,000 visitors, with every aspect of the production line being represented; from labelling, filling and packaging machinery, to processing equipment, robotics, automation and industrial vision systems.
